Tanzania Royal Foundation facilitates international medical doctors' attachment programs at Sekou Toure Regional Referral Hospital, a major teaching hospital in Tanzania.
The Foundation manages and coordinates all academic and non-academic arrangements to ensure visitors have a safe, comfortable, and productive stay throughout the attachment period.
